Einer Argumentation, der Wegfall des AHL Teams hätte keinen negativen Einfluss auf die Nachwuchsförderung, kann ich nicht wirklich folgen. Es waren Mittel, die bei uns ausgebildeten Spielern zugute kamen, die fallen weg zusammen mit (für viele) der Perspektive, den Sport weiter auszuüben.

Schön dass es aktuell gelingt, diese "Lücke" zu überspringen. Dies mag an guten, individuellen Talenten liegen, noch besser an den guten Strukturen beim KAC, oder an einer Mischung aus beidem.

Wir wissen hoffentlich noch genauso gut, dass es nach Hundi rd. 10 Jahre lang nicht gelang, einen Stürmer nachhaltig in den Kader einzubauen. Ich denke, jedes Rädchen in dem Prozess ist wichtig, und der Wegfall des AHL Teams schmerzt. Es wird ja auch anderorts im Nachwuchs gespart was man so hört, also hoffen wir, dass die glückliche Situation jetzt in der Retrospektive mehr als eine Momentaufnahme bleibt.

Was mich wirklich einmal interessieren würde, wären die Austritts- und Eintrittszahlen je Nachwuchsjahrgang, wahrscheinlich werden sich die Kaderlisten so zwischen 12 und 16 Jahren am meisten ausdünnen. Man weiß, dass sich individuelle Entwicklungskurven sehr stark unterscheiden können, und es werden gerne die Argumente "In der NHL sind sie mit 20 Leistungsträger" und "Bei uns zählt man mit 24 noch als Junger" gebracht. Das ist aber meist auch drüben die Ausnahme, und das Groß der Spieler ist mit 20-22 Jahren noch nicht fertig entwickelt.

Etwas für mich sehr Interessantes (und notwendig/schlüssiges) wurde hier im Forum geposted und zwar ein Artikel über eine Umstellung der wohl erfolgreichsten europäischen Nachwuchsschmiede von Frölunda Göteborg, die trotz Vormachtstellung ihren Apparat umbauen, den Kindern mehr Zeit für freie Entwicklung geben und spätere Straffung der Ausbildung hinsichtlich taktischem Korsett und Physis erfolgen soll.

So oder so, wenn man diese Intensivierung etwas später vollziehen kann, wenn man die Spieler länger im Verein halten kann, ist klar dass das etwas kostet, aber es kann auch von sehr großem Wert sein für den Verein, davon bin ich überzeugt. Und da kann eine zweite Mannschaft schon eine elementare Rolle spielen.

The Regular season consists of one phase in which a double round robin is played.

Ranking in the table will be decided as follows. Firstly: Number of points. Ifpoints are level, the following calculations ensue:

If teams are level on points after the first phase of the regular season (the number of phases of the regular season are governed in the GameBook), the following tiebreakers are applied

if two or more teams are level on points, the direct duel results count (only games concerning for the first phase of the regular season).
Should three or more teams be level on points, those teams’ scores arebeing recalculated in a sub-group, considering only those games between the members of said sub-group. If teams in a sub-group of three or more teams have not played the same number of games
against each other, point i. to point v. is not possible and automatic point vi. (league coefficient) must be considered

Ranking league coefficient-table by level on points:
By level on points in the coefficient table, the club, which was ranked better
in the last season, is ranked first. New teams are ranked below the last team
listed. If there is more than one new club they are listed inside the new clubs
as following: per date and time of the registration for the depending season

Ranking differential:
i. Higher number of points in the direct duel(s)
ii. Better goal difference in the direct duel(s)
iii. Higher number of scored goals in the direct duels (applicable for
more than 3 teams)
iv. If two or more teams are still level, the higher overall number of
wins after regular time within the subgroup will be considered.
v. If two or more teams are still level, the higher number of overall
wins after regular time within the first phase of the regular
season will be considered.
vi. If two or more teams are still equal, league coefficient will be
considered in the regular season phase 1.
