SKA is currently “shooting blanks”, I’ve rarely seen such offensive “flat line” from them.

Dinamo Minsk looking really, really good.
Yesterday victory vs Avtomobilist, and only 2 defeats we’re against top teams of the East, AK Bars (9 G / 8 W), and Salavat Julajev (10G / 7 W).
But even those we’re close battles, they held the lead 3 times vs AK Bars and had 2:0 vs Salavat Julajev.
Roster also very interesting, I’m amazed by youngster Protas (possibly new Kosticin?), Prince (6+3) already scored half of goals as whole last season, Kozun also scored 6, Klinkhammer is at 4+4, while Menell and Spooner are high up the order with 8 assists each.
I really like this Salavat Julajev’s Finnish 1.line.
Hartikainen 6+5 from 6 games, Manninen 2+5 and Granlund 5+5.
They have only one defeat (Spartak 5:3) and today clean 6:2 victory over Torpedo.

One more “project” in sight?
Already in this opening 3 games Kunlun reminds me of our (Medveščak) last season in KHL... 0 points, 2:12 GD.
Today they came out with 3 lines and received easy 7 goals in Jekaterinburg.
Also, they play all home games in Mitišči, because nobody wants to travel to China.
It seems that we are watching the last season of this unsucesfull project, esp. considering that 2 Chinese teams already left the VHL league.
On the other side of the spectrum, Avangard, Avtomobilist and Salavat Julajev are in the cruise mode in first 3 games.
