Ich muss sagen, ich finde, dass Salzburg auch gestern eigentlich nicht allzu viel Platz hergegeben hat, Breakaways und Odd-Man-Rushes lassen sie schon gar nicht zu. Umso erfreulicher natürlich, dass man trotzdem 5 Mal anschreiben hat können und noch dazu auch 2 Mal davon im PP.
Wenn Hundertpund zurückkommen sollte haben wir gleich nochmal mehr Offensivpower und ich denke, dass man dann auch von einem Fraser und Bischofberger mehr sehen wird, insofern wäre eine Rückker enorm wichtig.
Es steht zwar 1:1 und es ist somit für niemanden noch was passiert, aber gerade nach dem gestrigen Sieg würde ich mentale Vorteile eher bei uns ausmachen. Nach dieser OT-Niederlage daheim und einem schnellen 0:1 auswärts noch so eine Partie abzuliefern hat die Mannschaft in einen guten Flow gebracht.
Ich erwarte, dass der KAC morgen wieder druckvoll aus der Kabine kommt, so wie in Spiel 1 auch, aber nachdem man jetzt endgütlig im Finale angekommen ist, hoffentlich auch gleich mit Toren.

Es fängt wider alles bei 0:0 an - diesmal bitte vorlegen bin seit gestern noch optimistischer.
Ohne die Freude über den gestrigen Sieg dämpfen zu möchten, muss sich der KAC aus meiner Sicht unbedingt die PP2-Unit anschauen.
Die zweite Garnitur ist nämlich bis dato inexistent im Powerplay. Problematisch unter anderem:
- dass sich gestern teilweise Bischofberger oder Obersteiner vor dem Tor eingeparkt haben.... Ich mein, da kann man gleich eine Zimmerpflanze hinstellen..
- von der blauen Linie durch Unterweger oder Aabo überhaupt kein Druck kam. Hier ist Salzburg deutlich besser aufgestellt. Deshalb brauchts auch hier für nächste Saison zumindest einen Verteidiger, der Powerplay kann neben Postma.
Und auch wenn hoffentlich die big guns Mursak und Petersen anfangen die big plays zu machen und damit den difference maker #1 names Haudum entlasten, wird es in der Serie notwendig sein, dass auch von PP2 etwas kommt...
Wozu braucht es eine 200€ Strafe, wenn offenbar kein Tatbestand für eine Sperre vorhanden war? Das ist halt wieder so ein Kniefall in den Playoffs, dass plötzlich Aktionen ganz anders geahndet werden, als im bisherigen Saisonverlauf. Auch ein Murphy wäre im Grunddurchgang für seinen Knie-Check an Fraser sicher zumindest ein Spiel gesessen.
Ich würde Nissner da keine Verletzungsabsicht unterstellen, Witting ist ziemlich tief und in voller Fahrt daher gekommen und beide sind voll zusammen gekracht. Aber Nissner hat voll durchgezogen gegen einen Gegenspieler in einer "vulnerable position" und somit eine Verletzung zumindest in Kauf genommen. Dass Witting da wieder selber aufgestanden ist, kann man nur als pures Glück bezeichnen, sollte aber in einer Beurteilung keine Rolle spielen.
Es addiert sich das ganze einfach zum leider großteils lächerlichen Schiedsrichterwesen und einem DOPS, das unprofessionelle Vorgaben gibt, in der Finalserie alles laufen zu lassen und einfach nicht ernst genommen werden kann.
So wie ich das in diesem News Artikel verstehe, kriegt man ja automatisch eine 200 € Geldstrafe für eine 5+SPD. Hat Murphy dann eigentlich auch zahlen müssen?
