    I hope that Asiago will live up to the league as for sure BZ but also Brunico did in his first year. I'm quite confident that it will happen, at the moment there are few and confused info about Asiago organization and team, this is a big opportunity and if Asiago will fail it i can not see future for the hockey there, it is a sort of all in.

    It is not so much the fact that you are newcomers, but more that the access conditions have been eased A LOT for you and Feldkirch, closing many many eyes on various issues, compared to the teams that entered the Liga in the years before. But sure, it is not your fault if the Liga thinks that 12 or 13 teams is a disaster and so everything must be done in order to keep it at 14.

    I don't think that you will fail this opportunity. If your organization has shown one clear thing in the past, is that they are highly competent and for sure not stupid. Of course, thing could change if the fan reaction in Asiago is weak and/or if there are heavy financing difficulties in the future, but I hardly think that is going to happen.

    I understand for Asiago but why for Feldkirch?

    They have a nice Arena and also a long tradition which is the issue with them?

    Long and confusing story, or better, many long and confusing stories. Look in the Pioneers thread to make yourself an idea (but keep in mind that there are currently 51 pages with mostly insults and provocations ^^ ). But in a nutshell: bad actions in the past from club and director Lampert, several tentatives to access the Liga in the past and long lasting "tira e molla" in the past with EBEL/ICE, serious doubts about the capacity of the new club to be financially and sportively able to compete in the Liga, feeling by many that the club would just snap Dornbirns place without having to pay the full sum and give all the guarantees like all other before. But for sure other users can explain it better than me.

    For me, I simply hope that both new teams will be fair and serious opponents and that we can enjoy a great season without useless controversies, despite all the doubts (may these be grounded and valid or not) about the Liga's current direction.

    But mostly right now, as I already said before, I hope that the Italian federation and CONI makes clarity and transparency about this new policy and also other direct or indirect support to clubs (whichever these may be). We are talking about public money after all and I think on these matters full transparency is mandatory.

    For sure all the teams are aligned on this topic, the opportunity is not just for the IceHL teams but also for AlpsHL teams, then each team can use the contributions or not. these are the only news that i have.

    Vallati, mascherin, iacobellis, salinitri + gazzola, saracino und Porco sind schon 7 Legios. Da müssen die drei anderen Legios echte top Leute sein.

    Welche bereits eingebürgerten italos sind denn noch frei. Phil Pietroniro zieht es in die Slowakei.

    Mizzi wäre noch zu haben.

    Pietroniro brothers had a stormy divorce from Asiago, i see no chance for a their come back

    about Porco and Gazzola i read just in this forum that they are going to sign for Asiago but it could be

    I think when Mentenuto or Salinitri is ready for the ICE then Tedesco is it for sure. Not only that, but I mean 68 Points in 39 games is excellent. With a Team like Fassa even more.

    Tedesco played the preseason with Asiago and he was not confirmed, my personal view is that there is a strong difference between salinitri/mantenuto and Tedesco. about the statistics consider That for Fassa there was just 1 line that signed points. But this is my personal view, and honestly speaking i' m nor sure about the impact that Salinitri will be able to have in IceHL

    Asiago wird sich heuer schwer tun. Viele gute Italos sind schon in Bozen oder Bruneck unter Vertrag. Vor allem in der Kadertiefe dürften sie Probleme bekommen.

    Spätestens 2023/24 wird aber mit ihnen zu rechnen sein. Mindestens 5-6 Italos aus ihrem nächstjährigen Kader zählen dann als Italiener, und zusätzlich zu den 10 erlaubten Ausländern werden sie dann spätestens auch ein ernstzunehmender Konkurrent.

    Wird davon abhängen, was die Italos wirklich in der ICE bringen. Wenn sie sich durchsetzen wie ein Hannoun, Bardaro etc. dann ja, wenn viele aber zurückbleiben wie ein Mizzi heuer, dann eher nicht. Glaube aber die Menge könnte wahrscheinlich auch das kompensieren.

    Es bringt ja alles nichts gegenseitiges Müllschleudern…….

    Besser auf dem Eis allen 4. Spiele,Asiago richtig abwatschen und der Laden passt🍻🍻
