Reality is that our defense is just too weak.. if Kristan is having an insane day we can beat anyone, but without at least 2 more defenders like Rivers we can't even dream about aiming at EBEL finals. Unfortunately we don't have enough spare points left for that.. someone will have to be dropped (hopefully Sandrock... who became huge liability in defense)
Graz rettet die 5 min. PP Strafe. Bis dahin eher mau, wie bereits gewohnt in dieser Saison. Man muss aber den Jungs gestern zu gute halten alle 5 Tore im PP bzw. PP2. Ja das ist halt Eishockey, schlechter gespielt und trotzdem gewonnen. Die Strafe wegen dem Meckern von BG hat mir gefallen 
Bei den 3 L Spielern Lenes,Lange,Lindgren bekomm ich Magengeschwüre [kopf]
Flo Iberer dürfte sich endlich erfangen haben und Oulette wird mMn.immer stärker.
Die Aktion mit den € 5.- für (Schüler,Studenten,Lehrlinge) sollte dauerhaft sein und bringt momentan wenigstens ein paar Leute mehr in den Bunker.

byrd: der hockeyfans-bericht triffts schon recht gut. da hast dann deinen ausführlichen bericht
Einerseits ein Spiel mit Spannung pur, andererseits spielerisch von Grazern nichts besonderes. Diesmal hat man aber die Powerplaychancen ziemlich gut genützt. Hauptsache 2 Punkte. Am Wochenede muss aber eine Steigerung her sonst wird es in Salzburg und zuhause gegen den KAC düster. Zagreb finde ich ist aber schon ganz gut aufgetreten und ohne die Strafen hätte man gestern nicht anschreiben können.
Aber mal auf dem 5. platz stehen ist auch ganz schön.
p.s. Die Bankerltür der Grazer, die immer öfter für den Agressionsabbau von BG herhalten muss, ist offenbar ebenso stabil ausgeführt wie die Bausubstanz des Bunkers selbst. Irgendwann geht die sicher mal auch die andere Seite auf den Bill noch öfter darauf reindrischt.

Der Sieg war wichtig. Am WE siehts dann eh wieder düster aus...vllt. wird der KAC a bissl nachlässiger, sonst gibts keine Punkte. Hoffentlich geht's mit dem PP so weiter

from where i stood it looked very dangerous. in my opinion harand got hit somewhere between the throat and the chin but since everone seems so sure that it was a regular check i'm not sure anymore.
however. after leading with 3:0 you can't blame the referee for losing the match. the bears just didn't play smart enough this time. the 99ers showed a lot of heart and determination but still there are many things they have to improve. we got lucky this game and i hope our team continues to win.

Well we don't blame the refs for defeat.. we were just scared that Rivers might get longer suspension..
Rivers only got a game-misconduct, so there most lilkely won't be a follow-up punishment.

But that is not correct.
I had seen the check and in my opinion, it was more like a crossckeck to the neck and head area.
So i think it doesnt matter if Harand was simulating or not after this attack.
5+20 minutes are ok for such an attack.
