    Auf kurz: was die Kärntner Polizei sagt stimmt nicht, sie sind nicht nac Kärnten gekommen um Eskalazionen zu machen, alles was über GD geschrieben wurde nehmen sie ernst und werden versuchen um alle solche Kontakte mit der Polizei zu vermeiden zu können. Saitdem Olimpija im EBEL spiel, hat sich die Qualität des Eishockeys deutlich gesteigert, ein wichtiger teil der Geschichte sind auch sie, die bislang für keinen merkwürdigen Ausschreitung gesorgt haben. Die Liebe zum Klub werden sie ihnen nicht nehmen lassen.

    Naja, mindestens sieht es so aus als ob jemand mit ihnen über Problemen gesprochen hat, doch alles klingt mir nicht so aus als ob alle Sachen geklärt waren. Hoffentlich wird jemend weitere Gespräche führen und eine lösung zugünsten allen Beteidigten zu finden.

    Hoffentlich werden wir in Ljubljana noch immer eine Chance habe EBEL im Tivoli zu sehen.

    Fußball ist ihre Priorität, aber sie sind beim Spielen des Basketball- un Eishockeyclubs anwesend.

    Bestes Beispiel, soweit ich das beurteilen kann, ist Bozen. Die sind auch strikt gegen die Ultras vorgegangen, die sich immer wieder negative Sachen geleistet haben - jetzt besteht der "Fanklub" aus nur mehr 50-70 Personen, wenn überhauot.

    na gut, dann versuch ich mal das ganze zu übersetzen... (wär super, wenn jemand der slowenisch wirklich beherrscht dann nur kurz sagen kann ob der inhalt in etwa hinkommt.. danke dafür schon mal im voraus!)

    es handelt sich um eine pressemitteilung von olimpija ljubljana als reaktion auf die ereignisse am 9.1.09 in der umgebung von klagenfurt.

    es wird erzählt, dass man das zweite jahr in der ebel ist und sich management und spieler bemühen und die zuschauerzahlen beweisen, dass man am richtigen weg ist. erwähnt wird das finale letztes jahr gegen salzburg, dass da alles freundlich und friedlich abgelaufen ist. die green dragons werden als eine kleine gruppe von personen beschrieben, die mit dem sport nichts zu tun haben. der verein verurteilt die angriffe dieser gruppe auf die polizei in klagenfurt und ist sich bewusst, dass diese gruppe ein schlechtes licht auf den verein und die wahren fans wirft. diese gruppe missbraucht olimpija ljubljana um gewalt und vandalismus ausleben zu können.

    dann gibts einen teil wos um karten und erschlichenes vertrauen geht (das hab ich nicht ganz übersetzen können).

    der verein möchte sich von den personen, die ärger machen distanzieren und mitteilen, dass man diese vereinigung weder moralisch noch finanziell unterstützt und alles dafür tun wird um der ebel und den staatlichen behörden zu helfen, diese leute von liga-spielen fern zu halten. weiters hofft man, dass die schuldigen gefasst und für ohr verhalten bestraft werden. die wahren fans, der offizielle fanclub und ihr support wird lobend erwähnt, vorallem in anbetracht der momentanen sportlichen leistungen der laibacher (immerhin nur platz 9 von 10 teams). am schluss appelliert man noch daran gewalt in den hallen zu stoppen und vandalismus zu unterlassen um zum sport zurückzukehren.

    - to the EBEL management, the clubs, the fans and the media

    Following the official EBEL letter received on January, 12th, 2009, the management of HDD Tilia Olimpija would like to issue the following official statement.

    Ever since joining the EBEL league in the 2007/08 season, every single member of our club including players, coaching staff and management has a single objective in our mind: to represent the name of Olimpija, already known to our sporting friends in Austria and Hungary for many years, in the best possible light.

    The results on the ice and match attendance numbers in our first season should be a clear indicator about what our sports organization can contribute to the exciting championship that EBEL has been in recent years.

    An average of more than 3.000 visitors per match and the sporting success of getting to the finals were the best award we could get for our joint effort. Also, it proved the EBEL decision to invite our team into the league to be the right one. We have had some truly magnificent feedback from the other clubs and fans on numerous occasions since joining EBEL and we have been very proud of that.

    The team and the management of HDD Tilia Olimpija have also been immensely proud of our faithful supporters, the very people who support the team in the true meaning of the word both in our Tivoli and in places abroad. The hospitality both our club and the fans experienced in arenas such as the one in Salzburg, the homeplace of our last year final’s fierce rival Red Bulls, had been overwhelming. Also, this can serve as a clear indicator that our fans can support their team but also respect its opponent and show their appreciation for a true sporting competition.

    However, we have experienced a very dark start to the 2009. Similar to a limited number of last year’s games (mainly within the playoff series against the KAC team), we have faced a problem we cannot and will not run away from. Our club and our true fans, the admirers of ice-hockey game’s nature and beauty, have been ashamed and discredited in the eyes of our sporting friends by a highly visible group of individuals who act anonymously, with no personal responsibility whatsoever, and pose under a name of the Green Dragons “ultra supporters” group. Sadly, these individuals tried to use our team’s match as a firing ground for their acts which have no relation to sports at all. They should be and will be condemned by all of us acting on behalf of the club.

    A group of Green Dragons’ members caused a serious incident on January, 9th, 2009. While travelling to an away match – their first outside Slovenia in the 2008/09 season which should serve as a proof of their “loyalty” - against KAC in Klagenfurt, they had fought against the members of the police and caused significant material damage as well. Their disappointment regarding the information they would not be able to attend the match cannot be used as an excuse for their hooligan acts and the attack on members of the police force in particular was inexcusable and intolerable.

    HDD Tilia Olimpija and its representatives strongly condemn such act and would like to distance ourselves clearly from all the persons violating not only the law but also all practice of normal human and sporting behaviour.

    Sadly for all of us, such acts by the individuals calling themselves “club honur’s guardians” but actually blemishing its name have caused significant material and moral damage to the HDD Tilia Olimpija organization and put our future participation in the EBEL into serious jeopardy. Also, they managed to damage our reputation earned among our rivals yet friends in Austria as well.

    We are especially saddened by the fact that these very “fans” dragged some members of our management into the trouble they had caused by exploiting their trust and tricking them into reserving the tickets for them under the pretence of being the real friends of the club after it had been clearly stated by the club that no vandals and vandalism would be tolerated not to mention being stimulated.

    Therefore, the HDD Tilia Olimpija management would like to officially condemn such acts. Also, we will not tolerate such “fans” and their behaviour as such “help” is not needed by anyone in the club. Also, we would like to stress our resolution not to try to find any excuses for their acts.

    HDD Tilia Olimpija will not support the activity of such “fans” in any way and is offering its full support the any action taken by the public law representatives and/or the management of the EBEL including the ban for such people from attending the games and other measures needed to provide a safe environment for all the teams and all the fans in the league.

    In addition to this, we express our hope that all the law violating individuals preventing true fans of any EBEL team from truly enjoying their time in the ice hockey arenas and around them will be identified and personally held responsible by the law without hiding their names and faces behind the curtain of our organization or our true fan groups.

    HDD Tilia Olimpija is proud of its fans deserving this name in the purest sense of the word. These are the true sport lovers who do their best to support the club in appropriate way regardless of the result. They wear the club’s colours with pride; support it on the terraces yet shake hands with the opponents before and after the game in the friendliest way. Such groups of fans, for example the members of the official Olimpija Fan Club provide proof of their identity and their names with no exception when travelling to away games – not because they are forced to do it but simply to prove that they are determined to support HDD Tilia Olimpija in a sporting manner and to show they are willing to take responsibility for their behaviour. Such fans are, as much as the club itself, victims and hostages of the hooligan element posing as the “fiercest fans”.

    To protect our true fans and to protect our club’s participation in the EBEL, we repeatedly ask our supporters to show their love not only to the club but also to the sport itself and to respect their opponents. On the other side, we issue a clear message to all of those who only want to exploit our name for their intolerable behaviour to find another place for such acts and stop discrediting Olimpija’s name and tradition.

    We trust the EBEL management, our sporting rivals, their fans and the media to understand that HDD Tilia Olimpija’s sporting ambition and its true fans’ support do not have anything to do and do not want to have anything to do with lame excuses of the hooligans who should have no place in any sports arena.

    Along with our sporting friends, we would like to send the following message:
    What we need are fans, not hooligans. We condemn hooliganism of any kind and will not tolerate it.

    There should be only one winner in the EBEL: the true spirit of sports!

    Soweit ich das verstanden habe: Sie verurteilen die Aktionen, haben und werden diese "Fans" nicht unterstützen, versichern der Polizei und der EBEL vollste Unterstützung, und sie raten den Dragons, sich einen anderen Ort für ihre Aktionen zu suchen.

    HaHa..nein,soweit wollte ich jetzt beim besten Willen nicht gehen, aber man hätte z.B. sagen können: ...bei uns in Laibach wurde bereits ein Hallenverbot auf die und die Zeit gegen die Mitglieder besagten Fanclubs ausgesprochen und wir stellen die Personalien eben dieser den restlichen EBEL-Clubs zur Verfügung...Punkt aus...

    Mich hätte interessiert wies jetzt mit diesen Herren aussieht, der die Karten für die Green Dragons gekauft hat, der sollte ja suspendiert werden. Davon findet man hier leider nichts in diesem Brief, also zumindest der Name wird nicht erwähnt (War ja im Brief der EBEL an OLJ anders).

    Wär doch ein Anfang :) , na Scherz beiseite, ich find die Entwicklung generell mal ganz gut das sich der Verein zumindest mal Äußert, spät aber halt doch. Ich will schon da Olympia da bleibt und ich glaub auch das man das Problem lösen wird können

    das mit den reservierten karten und dem erschlichenen vertrauen war der teil den ich auf slowenisch nicht entschlüsseln konnte.. auf englisch sagt man dazu folgendes:

    das klingt für mich so als würde man behaupten der verein wurde reingelegt und sie schieben demjenigen, der die karten organisiert hat nicht die schuld in die schuhe. ist halt die frage wieviel derjenige wirklich über diese gruppierung wusste bzw. wie das mit den karten wirklich zustande gekommen ist.

    Super, dann kommen statt GD - BBB (Bad Blue Boys) - das sind echte hooligans die sind Europa Spitze was hooliganismus betrifft - Kapfenberg, Prag, Udine... Slowenische ultras szene ist so wie die oesterreichische nicht sehr entwickelt (zum Glueck) und es gibt nur zwei Gruppen die fuer am bisschen Problemme sorgen (Viole und GD). Kroaten sind was das betrifft weit vorne (zum GD brauchst du nur BBB erwaehnen dann laufen die sofort)... BBB sind gegen GD so wie ein Bullterier gegen ein Pudel.
