There won't be new "miracle on ice" in clash between Austria and Croatia. Croatia will 99% play without first goalie Tomljenovic - Zvolen (played at U20 on Bled), defenders Markovic - Trencin (member of U20 from Bled), Silovic - Slovan B. (played at Bled as well), without Sakic - KAC (scored goal against AUT on bled), without Rosandic (one of the top players in Slovakia in 1995 class) - Dubnica, he will play in playoffs in U18, and later probably on U16 championship tournament.

So, expect EASY game against Croats [winke] [Popcorn]

I don't know. Rendulic still has contract with Assat till 2013. Other "imports" such as Sakic (KAC), Silovic (Slovan), Markovic (Dukla Trencin) are still too young to play hockey on such high level. Good thing would be that Kanaet and Blagus gets ice time they deserve. But definietly on this croatian teams there are players who showed that could play EBEL regularly in near future

Congrats to AUT for win and BIG congrats to our boys for this great point against Top division team from last year. We had incredible Tomljenovic between the pipes and what is unbelieveable to me is that we played with four lines whole game. And you must know that diffirence between our lines is HUGE.

Goalie Tomljenovic, defenders Silovic and Markovic, forwards Sakic and Cerovecki will also play against Austria at U18 in Romania 2011. [kaffee]

he is one of the bests player in Znojmo U18, despite being younger than most of his teammates There is also Marko Sakic (1994.) familiar face to austrian fans as he is playing curently for KAC.

Medvescak will play four home games in Arena Zagreb (15.000) in period between 21th and 28th January against Klagenfurt, Vienna, Olimpija and Villach.

For those who don't know, Ferdo Spajić was long time Medvescak president. He died in summer 2007. I hope that this will become traditional tournament.

We gotta beat Korea and stay in Div 1. Our NT will be at least twice (if not more) stronger from next year when Medveščak players will gain right to play for NT. It would be shame if they would have to start from Div 2.

It will be hard, but I think we will beat Korea. And not next year. Hecimovic and co. can play in 2012. for NT ;))

Austria dominated through all game, but Croats played well. You must know that most of our team plays in Slo hokej league and our best players are three young players, Kanaet (1991.), Blagus (1991.) and Rendulić (1992.). That line scored two goals for us. Vanja Belić was very good in net and he really needed game like this to get back his confidence after he was reassigned to Medvescak II during season.

Austria played with full effort for 60 minutes, so I am pretty happy with this result [Popcorn]
