what about changing the loser mentality now? I thought thats what you want to: get rid of the keyplayers because they have no "win the championship" chemistry...wie ein blatt im wind.

Change is good. But if this ends up with Werenka and Lebeau out and Rodmans to stay....i think we got rid of the wrong key players.

As a hockeyplayer Werenka is possible to replace.
As a captain, Werenka is almost impossible to replace. Im conviced that Capitals would not have not 4 matches in a row in the semis with him on the ice. He has a calm that not many players have and is a great leader.
