Eishockey ist etwas für richtige Männer und echte Frauen. Der Ö3 Wecker sucht nach Freiwilligen, die bereit sind, sich der "Schlacht der Geschlechter" zu stellen.

Seit 21. März läuft die Finalserie in der österreichischen Eishockeymeisterschaft zwischen Salzburg und Villach. Das ist jedoch nicht das einzige Highlight, dass der Frühling mit sich bringt. Das österreichische Damen-Eishockeynationalteam hat Robert Kratky und die Ö3 Gemeinde zu einem Duell herausgefordert. Diese "Schlacht der Geschlechter" wird am 28. März ab 17:00 Uhr in der Villacher Stadthalle ausgetragen. Danach gibt es das vierte Finalspiel zwischen dem EC Pasut VSV und Red Bull Salzburg.

Ich mach mit!
Du willst gemeinsam in der Eishockey-Mannschaft von Robert Kratky spielen und ihn unterstützen das Unmögliche möglich zu machen, nämlich die Creme de la Creme der österreichischen Eishockeyladies zu besiegen, dann fülle bitte folgenden Fragebogen aus.

wie soll man das "an den verein gebunden sein" eigentlich interpretieren?

der vertrag bei den sabres läuft ja nach der nächsten saison aus. was ist wenn nicht verlängert wird? ... ist er dann free agent??

Marcus ist dzt. auf Platz 35 der Nationalliga-Punktewertung mit 9 Toren und 27 Assists.

Auffällig sind auch die vielen Strafminuten. Mit 100 min (3,23 min/game) liegt er auf Position 9 unter den "Bösen Buben".

Für Michis Spokane Chiefs ist die Saison also vorbei. Sie beendeten die Saison in der U.S. Division der WHL auf dem fünften und letzten Platz mit 58 Punkten aus 72 Spielen (25 Siege, 39 Niederlagen, 5 Overtime-Niederlagen). Auf den Playoff-Platz fehlten "nur" neun Punkte.

Michi Grabner konnte in 67 Spielen 50 mal scoren. Mit 36 Toren und 14 Assists liegt er in der internen Scorerwertung der Chiefs auf Platz 2 hinter Derek Ryan.

Laut meinen Informationen geht es für ihn jetzt in den wohlverdienten Urlaub - nach Las Vegas. Danach wird er wohl der Heimat einen Besuch abstatten.

Spannend wirds dann wieder beim kommenden NHL Entry Draft, wo Grabner sich durchaus gute Chancen auf eine Ziehung in den ersten 2 Runden ausrechnen kann. Dass er ein Top-Spieler in Nordamerika werden kann, hat er wohl im heurigen Jahr, beflügelt durch den super Auftritt beim Top Prospects Game, bewiesen.

4:3 Sieg der Spokane Chiefs gegen die Prince George Cougars und Michael hatte bei allen vier Toren seine Hände mit im Spiel.

Er assistierte zum 3:1, erzielte den Anschluss- sowie auch den Ausgleichstreffer selbst und bereitete das entscheidende Siegestor in der Overtime vor.

Somit hält er nun bei 35 Toren, 13 Assists und 48 Punkten nach 65 Spielen. Seine +/- Statistik konnte er durch seine heutige Glanzvorstellung wieder ausgleichen!
