durch die bank positive beurteilungen von pöcks leistung!
das freut zu lesen, schließlich hat der thomas bei den rangers-fans einen alles andere als leichten stand!
ein kleiner survey von fan-meinungen:
- As for Pöck--hate him or not, his play tonight was solid and he deserves to stay in the lineup as long as he continues it.
- Kaspar might have trouble getting his spot back....btw it's not spin to say kaspar got beat out by pock for a spot.
- i really liked what I saw from Pock. He looked solid offensively and made some nice defensive plays. I think he's ready to be an NHLer (and its about time, what is he 24?) ..., i think he can potentially become that guy.
- I'll say once again, Pock and Rachunek impressed me. for guys who were maligned as being poor defensively (and I'll admit I was one of those that did it), they both played very well and took some booming shots from the blueline
- I still can't believe how different Pock is from only a few months ago....I don't know what he did in the offseason but he looks like a NHLer now. He defense still isn't great but its average, and thats a huge step up from his WAY below average defense play last year in the AHL and NHL.
- Pock was impressive. I didn't see much of the Rangers pre-season games but Pock did something over the summer to change his game. Because when I first heard that he made the team I was shocked, thinking, "The same Pock from last year, or is this a new guy who plays defense?" Good to see.
-Seems like everything that could be said about the individual players has been said, so I won't go in-depth, except for this - Pock: I am on record in several places comparing him to Mottau. Not sure what happened, but after the preseason and tonight's game, I am cautiously becoming a fan. I am quite honestly stunned. Keep it up, Thomas!
