Wenn sich die Chance ergibt, würde kein Verein Nein dazu sagen. Der Schritt in die ICE war, was das Zuschauerinteresse betrifft eine Flucht nach vorne, weil es in der Alps ständig zurückging. Man gibt deswegen zwar immer der Liga und dem Niveau selbst die Schuld, aber so ganz stimmt das nicht, weil man war nie wirklich gewillt das Produkt Alps anständig den Leuten zu verkaufen. Die Vereinsführung hat die Alps von Beginn an schlechtgeredet und den multinationalen Gedanken hinterfragt. Stattdessen hat man immer wieder die Gründung einer rein italienischen Serie A propagiert. Wenn man das den Fans jahrelang vorkaut, dann wird das Interesse auch nicht groß sein. Ich würde beide Hände ins Feuer legen, dass das Zuschauerinteresse bei einer zusammengewürfelten Serie A doppelt so groß wäre.
I'm sorry but you are very poorly informed, Asiago was very active to develop the AlpsHL project. One of the first organization, in my memory the first one but i can be wrong, to push several initiatives to provide more visibility to the league ( for example Asiago provided the streaming since the first year in AlpsHL and fight a lot to make it mandatory). But if the more competitive Austrian teams are the junior clubs, Brunico end Lubjana leave the league, no one is interested to lift up the rosters quality it is clear the there is no more interest in this solution. Asiago was the first sponsor of the AlpsHL since the beginning, you have to review your informations, as often happen about Asiago.

In Pustertal there was euphoria, also due to the new ice rink, of course. But from beginning they had a team with winning mentality, that's good for the fans.
In Asiago, however, there is neither a new hall nor spectators who show interest. That gives cause for concern.
I understand your doubts, in this moment are absolutely normal.
What i can say is that Asiago organization is very ambitious. In the last 10/15 years the club obtain several good results, also when BZ and Brunico played in the same league. I think that who is in charge to build the roster has big experience and skills, but for sure at the moment the results are not confirming this. For sure they do not build a team just to participate, they have clear in mind their target. Obviously there is a big difference between have ideas and concretize them. So I'm quite confident that the team will have a positive trend during the season. this is from the sporting point of view. And i'm sure that they are able to learn from their mistakes.
About the spectators it is really a critical point from my point of you. Asiago lost several spectators in alpsHL due to the quality of the league, then there was the covid, so my expectation was that there would be a different interest respect the actual. I don't understand really why so many fans didn't come back to the arena. I thought many different reasons: there is a big gap of costs from the last seasons and the current one, the match are really early respect the usual (consider that a big number of fans come from lowland so they need at least 40 minutes by car to join the arena. so play at 19.45 instead of 20.30 can be the difference), but honestly speaking i don't know. i hope that slowly the people will be back as in the italian championship. Let me just add that the cheaper tickets are for the standing places and they are located at the top of the arena, so yesterday at least 200 spectators were not visible in the video, but anyway the presences are too low at the moment.
I can not make comparison with Brunico, for sure a boring discussion would start with the valpusteria fans and i really want avoid it, let me say that they had a first big season in IceHL, Bolzano is an important club in IceHL and both agreed to involve Asiago in the league, they recognize the Asiago capabilities to develop their project even if there is a big sporting rivalry.
Sorry for my long post, but I'm quite sure that the final impact of Asiago in the league will be positive, probably we need more time than we expected but the club will work hard also to improve the arena, some works are scheduled also in November ( i think but im not sure). and when the results trend will be better than now i hope that the fans will be back
For sure Asiago played the worse match of the season.
Nothing worked, also the approach to the game was awful, for the first time it seemed the the team has no will to fight.
I hope that it was a wrong day, but no excuses in this we way will win no matches.
Da gehört aber halt auch eine gehörige Portion "Selbstüberschätzung" dazu zu glauben, dass die Kraxnpartien aus der ICE irgendewen hinterm Ofen hervorholen, der nicht direkt in das Geschehen involviert ist.
Wären wir nicht durch diese komische "Gründungsligen-Regelung" irgendwie in die CHL gerutscht, wäre das nämlich genau unsere Kragenweite.
Und ob die ICE Mannschaft Asiago gegen Teams wie Jesenice, Cardiff, Angers oder Nitra zum souveränen Sieg in dem Wettbewerb spazieren wird, will ich erst sehen bevor ich es glaube.

Sorry für meinen Sarkasmus, aber DAS wird ja wohl kein primäres Ziel für ein Team sein, das eine ernsthafte und langfristige Teilnahme an der ICEHL im Fokus hat.
it seems you are not very friendly with this competition, for sure it is not the champions league, not all the teams are at high level but there are also good enough teams. In the competition there are teams from leagues as French, uk, Poland and these leagues are providing teams also in the champions. Last year Cracovia won the Continental and this year they defeated Villach in champion, so the level is not so bad. Let me say for example that the turkey team signed 12 Russian players, some of these have hundreds of presences in KHL and some sporadic in NHL. So it is not the most important tournament but it is not so bad. I hope that Asiago has a roster to win this round and the next one but it will not so easy. I don't know if we'll see spectacular matches in Asiago, but it could be more funny than Tiger-Villach.
Sorry but nobody is interested in this competition, its absolutely useless. Trying to win games in the league should be number one target
This is your opinion, there are prestigious teams that won this competition.
For sure The Continental is the first target of Asiago, and then to make experience in IceHL. No one thinks to underestimate the league but till January the main effort will be spent in continental

For sure the defensive phase has to improve, and i saw improvement match after match. I think that we'll se the real value of the team in December when Mascherin will join the roster and also S. Marchetti will be back.

Severe defeat in Innsbruck. the team was not able to repeat the match played at Graz in terms of intensity and discipline. In my opinion it is quite normal in this moment of the season. Barrasso alternated the goalies, but i can't say that Vallini performed bad.
Innsbruck played very well, specially in the second period, and scored at least a couple of very nice goals
At the end if someone had proposed me to sign for 3 points in 2 away games for sure I have signed.
very happy for the win. I'm really impressed by the intensity. The first period was not easy for Asiago but they didn't give up, i didn't see spectacular actions and great understanding between the players, for sure the team needs time to improve the hockey quality.

yes, yesterday Vallini had a slight injury ( hit by the puck) during the warm-up, so the back up was Longhini. Fazio played 60 min.

Die Abstimmung damals über die Aufnahme von Asiago ging sehr knapp pro Asiago aus. Rate mal, wie die beiden italienischen Klubs abgestimmt haben? Du ziehst zwar ständig über den HCP her, scheinst aber selbst nicht zu kapieren, dass der auch seinen Anteil daran hatte, dass ihr überhaupt in dieser Liga spielen dürft. Das mag sein. „Zu leicht“ war die Alps aber trotzdem nicht für sie, das hat das heurige Playoff deutlich gezeigt. Solche Aussagen sind nichts anderes als überheblich und respektlos.

Naja, wenn man Mannschaften wie Linz 2 und Wien 2 in der Liga hat, ist es schwer, die Liga ernst zu nehmen. Bei mindestens 1/3 der Spiele ist es nicht rentabel, die Tribünen zu öffnen.
