Would say that the defence together with the goalkeepers could become the main weak point for this season. I am pretty sure that next season at least one of the 3 Italian U24 players will be replaced with an import or Italo, regardless of how the season ends.

In my understanding he is in the federation list.
His father played in Asiago (89/90) and he was one of the strongest players that we have seen in Asiago

There are no imports that will be Italo next year, but you are right we need to add at least a couple of import to improve the defence, and this can not happen this year.
About the goalies i trust in Fazio e Vallini, we will see if Fazio has the skills to play as first choice the entire season

He definitely has the skills, the question is much more whether he can perform consistently for 40+ games.

Fazio did always a great job at bolzano, thats why i think, that he will do it also at asiago...obviously without a good defense also the best goalie cant do miracles

THW: What was it like playing in Italy for Asiago in your career?
Ronning: Italy was exciting. One thing hockey has given me is an opportunity to see the world … playing for Team Canada and traveling for 2 years. Italy was a totally different aspect in the style of hockey. It was fun. It was a great experience. I grew up a lot by being there. I still have friends [from Italy] to this day.
